Job summary

You will mentor associates, collaborate with community leadership, and promote Brookdale's mission and culture while managing multiple clinical leadership duties within a complex community.

Qualifications

• Active state nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) required.
• Driver's license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing leadership experience; clinical leadership preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, including MS Office and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex Brookdale community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Supervise and coach licensed nurses and other direct care staff; provide leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with residents, families and physicians to coordinate exceptional, personalized care.
