Job summary

Elmwood Health & Rehab Center seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department. The role collaborates with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure top-quality resident care and compliance with all standards.

The 88-bed facility in Dayton offers a full-time schedule (8:00a–4:30p), a competitive salary range of $75,000–$90,000, and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license in your state (or LPN where allowed).
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in healthcare facility, preferably long-term care.
• Familiar with electronic health records and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day nursing services.
• Ensure highest quality of care and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Support staff development and infection control practices.
