Job summary

Marymount University is seeking dedicated Nursing Lab Instructors to join our team at the Main Campus. In this adjunct role, you will deliver nursing clinical skills instruction and provide technical support during simulation, while ensuring lab readiness and safe learning environments.

Under supervision, you will facilitate hands-on experiences, assist with equipment setup, and mentor students. Requirements include MSN, Virginia RN license, and 2-3 years of teaching or nursing experience.

Qualifications

• MSN degree required.
• Virginia RN license required.
• Minimum one year of experience; 2-3 years of teaching or nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment, supplies and mannequins for clinical skills demonstrations.
• Assist in preparation, use, monitoring, and maintenance of nursing labs and simulation.
• Facilitate supervised simulated nursing activities for students.
• Provide initial or remedial instruction in nursing clinical skills and simulation.
• Maintain a safe, clean lab environment and assist students with instructional media.
