Connecticut State Community College seeks a part-time Nursing Laboratory Educational Assistant to support undergraduate nursing students in the lab, schedule practice sessions, manage supplies, and help students develop clinical skills.
This role collaborates with faculty, mentors students, maintains inventory, stays current with nursing practice, and supports CT-CCNP policies. On-site across multiple campuses, up to 17 hours per week, continuous recruitment.

The Nursing Laboratory Educational Assistant collaborates with faculty to assist the undergraduate associate degree nursing students to develop nursing skills and clinical judgment in the nursing laboratory. The educational assistant schedules students to practice skills in an open lab, manages lab supplies, and remediates skills for students to meet learning outcomes. The nursing laboratory assistant plays a pivotal role in shaping the practical competence and professional development of future nurses, preparing them to deliver safe and effective patient care in clinical settings.
Master’s degree in Nursing with two (2) years of clinical nursing experience. An active CT license as a registered nurse.
