Ross Education is seeking a Nursing Instructor to join our Sylvania, OH campus for a full-time, day-job schedule. You will teach in the classroom and at onsite clinicals, sharing medical nursing expertise with the next generation of healthcare professionals.

The role emphasizes hands-on mentorship, curriculum delivery, and collaboration with clinical partners, with opportunities for advancement within our growing nursing education network.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher.
• Must be able to teach in the classroom and at onsite clinicals.
• Two or more years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
• Daytime availability.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• This position is in person at the campus and any registered clinical sites—not remote.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the classroom and at onsite clinicals.
• Provide leadership in curriculum delivery and student mentorship.
• Guide diverse student population to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with clinical sites to coordinate training.
