Job summary

Ross Education, LLC in Sylvania, OH is seeking a RN Nursing Instructor for a full-time, day shift position. You will teach in the classroom and supervise onsite clinicals, guiding nursing students through lectures, labs, and hands-on patient care experiences.

You will join a mission-driven team, with training provided on our curriculum and standards, mentoring new instructors, and opportunities to advance within Ross Education while maintaining a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher.
• Must be able to teach in the classroom and at onsite clinicals.
• Two or more years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
• Daytime availability.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the classroom and at on-site clinical sites.
• Guide students through clinical and lab activities with Ross curriculum.
• Maintain and evaluate student progress and performance.
• Travel to clinical locations as needed for teaching rotations.
• Support administrative and program duties as assigned.
