Responsibilities

• Oversee the total teaching/learning process within the nursing classroom, lab, or clinical setting.
• Schedule, supervise, teach, and evaluate students in classroom and clinical environments.
• Promote critical thinking in clinical settings to enhance student learning and patient care.
• Plan and deliver course content, communicate requirements, and assess students fairly according to institutional standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policy within the nursing program.
