Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) seeks part-time faculty to teach in the Practical Nursing program. Instructors conduct classroom and clinical instruction across acute, subacute, and long-term care settings, with scheduling potentially including evenings or weekends.

The role requires a Master's in Nursing, current WI RN licensure, and at least two years of RN experience. Teaching experience in postsecondary settings is preferred. Compensation is hourly for course hours plus prep time.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years full-time equivalent (4,000 hours) experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in Wisconsin.
• Teaching or prior instruction experience within the last five years is preferred.
