Southeastern College in Columbia, SC is seeking a Nursing Instructor to join our on-site faculty. This full-time role entails planning, delivering, and assessing nursing courses and clinical experiences, aligned with accreditation standards and program outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license with a master’s degree preferred, possess strong curriculum development and teaching skills, and be committed to student-centered learning and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• RN license and advanced nursing degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred for role.
• Experience translating clinical work into teaching.
• Experience with curriculum development and accreditation.
• Familiarity with educational tech and LMS.

Responsabilités

• Plan, deliver, and assess nursing courses and clinical experiences.
• Develop and update course materials and lab activities.
• Mentor students and supervise clinical performance.
• Maintain attendance and grade records.
• Participate in curriculum and program improvement.
