Job summary

Motlow State Community College in Tennessee seeks a Nursing Instructor to join the BSN faculty. The role focuses on providing high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and evaluating learning across assigned courses using catalog outlines as guidance.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an unencumbered Tennessee RN license. A Master's in Nursing and CC teaching experience are preferred. Travel to multiple campuses is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution and an unencumbered Tennessee RN license.
• Master's degree in Nursing and some CC teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned in accordance with the catalog and syllabus, with mentor support.
• Travel to multiple campuses as assigned.
• Advise and mentor students about academic and career goals.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership on curricular and programmatic issues.
• Maintain a 15-hour load per semester (Fall/Spring) and 8 hours in summer.
• Submit paperwork timely and participate in college committees.
