Job summary

St. John Neumann Center for Rehab and Healthcare in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a compassionate Social Worker (Nursing Home) to support the social, emotional, and psychological well-being of patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSW from an accredited program.
• Licensure or certification as a Social Worker in Pennsylvania is required.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address social, emotional, and psychological issues impacting care.
