Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Irvine, California seeks an experienced Nursing Home Personal Injury Attorney to manage a complex caseload across pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial proceedings.

The attorney will handle pleadings and motions, guide clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses, and prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances. CA Bar in good standing and 2+ years PI experience are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience, preferably nursing home/medical malpractice.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process from intake to resolution.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
