Qualifications
- Three to five years of litigation experience required.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Experience in Plaintiff's Nursing Home or Medical Malpractice preferred.
- Judicial Clerkship is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in litigating nursing home negligence cases.
- Handle a high-volume caseload with limited oversight.
- Evaluate the merits of individual claims and work directly with clients.
- Conduct depositions and draft pleadings and discovery responses.
- Research legal issues for briefs and pleadings.
- Review medical records and discovery materials.
