Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Controller in a nursing home.
• BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• Must have long term care/nursing home experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role with proven track record and processes to organize, implement, and manage entire company accounting process.
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting regulations.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Advanced computer skills; ability to learn applicable software.
