CommuniCare Family of Companies seeks a Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) for Valley View Healthcare Center in Elkhart, IN. The intern will support the Executive Director to lead staff, maintain care standards, and uphold high-quality resident care in a dynamic post-acute setting.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, must be enrolled in or have completed an AIT program, and demonstrate strong management, budgeting, and communication abilities suitable for executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Must be enrolled in or have completed an AIT program
• Strong management and operation skills
• Strong math/budgetary skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met
