The ideal candidate has a nursing home administration degree (Master’s preferred), active state licensure, and at least two years of health care leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current state licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet state and federal regulations.
• Supervise department managers to ensure compliance and quality of care.
