You will oversee PDPM meetings, QA programs, PIPs, survey readiness, and staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance, budget stewardship, and strong community relations. The role requires effective communication with residents, families, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with residents, families, and regulators.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and adapt to a government-regulated environment.
• Experience overseeing PDPM, QA, PIPs, and survey readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall facility operations aligning with resident needs and regulations.
• Plan and supervise departments, set priorities, evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure quality of care and cleanliness.
• Maintain interdepartmental teamwork and utilize consultants effectively.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Oversee budgeting and financial practices.
• Develop and monitor marketing and public relations efforts.
• Provide staff education and uphold Residents’ Rights.
• Address staff grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
