The Blossoms is seeking a qualified Administrator to lead and direct the overall operation of the facility in line with resident needs and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on quality care while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing departments, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and developing staffing and marketing plans. The position requires a strong background in long-term care management and active state licensure.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Current Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum two years of management or long-term care experience.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local LTC regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Completion of facility orientation and mandatory trainings.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Health assessment requirements including two-stage Mantoux test.

Responsibilities

• Directs facility operation in accordance with resident needs, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitors departments, sets priorities, evaluates performance, and coaches staff.
• Conducts rounds to ensure resident needs and facility conditions are addressed.
• Maintains compliance with governmental regulations and QA standards.
• Develops staffing plans and recruitment strategies to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manages budgets, labor costs, payables, and receivables; monitors office procedures.
• Develops marketing plans to maximize census and revenues.
• Represents company with regulators, families, and the healthcare community.
• Maintains on-call availability 24/7.
