Job summary

The Blossoms in Conway, AR is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a long-term care setting. You will oversee rounds, patient care plans, and coordination with physicians to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs in Arkansas with at least 2 years in long-term care, strong leadership and mentoring abilities, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepare and administer medications charts as required.
• Administer treatments as prescribed.
• Consult with physicians regarding patient care.
• Communicate with director of nursing and staff.
