Fairlane Nursing and Rehab in Reading, PA is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. The NHA will direct daily operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and uphold the highest standards of resident care.

This full-time role requires an active NHA license, prior long-term care or hospital administration experience, strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
• Previous NHA experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and state survey requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all business-related activities for the skilled nursing facility

Full-Time | Salary: $130,000–$150,000 Annually

Fairlane Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Reading, PA.

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities. The NHA will ensure the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained while ensuring all personnel are treated fairly and consistently with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
