Job summary

Village Care of King (Autumn) in King, NC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the community's operations, ensure quality resident care, and drive business objectives. The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with regional leadership.

The Administrator will oversee staffing, training, and financial performance while fostering a resident-centered, home-like environment. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times.
• Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.
