Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Administrator for a skilled nursing community located in King, NC. You will oversee operations, ensure quality resident care, and drive the facility’s business objectives in partnership with regional leadership.

The Administrator role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvement, and staff development within an organized, supportive framework.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (license in good standing).
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations where you practice.
• Minimum 1 year experience as NHA or similar supervisory role.
• Intermediate computer skills; able to navigate industry software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage overall operations of the community.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
