Job summary
Saber Health Group's Village Care of King in King, NC is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead daily operations and uphold high quality resident care. As Administrator you will oversee clinical services, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance and community engagement, while fostering a supportive, home‑like environment for residents and families.
A licensed Nursing Home Administrator with supervisory experience is required.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing in the operating state.
- Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable standards.
- Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain high quality care for each resident.
- Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives and growth.
