Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in long term care (Administrator or Assistant Administrator).
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college.
• Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator's license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the facility in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards and policies to ensure high quality care.
• Create an environment that engages and motivates staff to provide the highest level of care.
