Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of residents.
• Revise the plan of care as needed and deliver appointed nursing care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical notes.
