Job summary
Green County is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator for Pleasant View Nursing Home to oversee daily operations, ensure quality resident care, and implement policies within county guidelines. You will work with the Oversight Committee and the County Administrator, manage the budget, staff development, and regulatory compliance, and prepare annual reports for the Finance and Board committees.
The role requires a health administration degree, licensing in Wisconsin, and at least five
Qualifications
- Experience directing facility operations in a health-care setting.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
- Proven ability to develop policies and manage budgets.
Responsibilities
- Direct overall operation of Pleasant View Nursing Home under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality of care.
- Lead 24/7 administrative availability and risk management.
- Develop annual budget with Business Office Manager and Finance Director.
- Coordinate with Oversight Committee and Green County officials.
- Supervise department heads and staff-facing responsibilities.
