Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• 3+ years of nursing home administration or long-term care leadership experience.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing operations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home and ensure efficient facility performance.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to department heads and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for nursing homes.
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Monitor facility performance, quality outcomes, and goals.
• Develop policies and initiatives supporting quality care and excellence.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; promote teamwork.
• Foster continuous learning and employee engagement.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and the community.
