Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures.
• Review policies annually and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist department directors in performance evaluations and policies.
• Represent the facility at top level meetings and report to the governing board.
• Develop and implement corrective plans for deficiencies noted during surveys.
