Job summary

Kimball Farms Lifecare Retirement Community in Lenox, MA is seeking a attentive Nursing Assistant (CNA/PCA/HHA) to support residents with daily living activities and safety. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Orient and mentor newly hired resident assistants.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and daily routines.
• Maintain resident rights and dignity, preserve confidentiality.
• Record health observations and report changes to the nurse.
• Ensure safety and infection control practices are followed.
