Terrace View Gardens is seeking an Administrator to lead our team in delivering high‑quality long‑term care. You will oversee operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership and financial stewardship to maintain residents’ safety and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
• Background checks to include Ohio BCI&I and FBI fingerprint analyses.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility per established policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure staffing levels meet facility needs and supervise staff.
• Manage financial transactions and reporting for the facility.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with governing body and regulatory agencies and facility committees.
