The AIT will assist the Executive Director in delivering top-quality resident care and operations leadership in a collaborative team environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, budgetary proficiency, and strong communication as part of preparing for a future Executive Director position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Must be enrolled in or have completed an AIT program.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Director in leading staff to meet care standards.
• Ensure highest quality resident care and compliance with regulations.
• Act as a team member, team leader and supervisor to ensure timely task completion.
• Support budgeting, operations and performance improvement initiatives.
