CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) for our Burlington House Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on gaining leadership experience and supporting the Executive Director to maintain high-quality resident care.

Administrator in Training - AIT

Burlington House Healthcare Center, a proud member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently seeking a**Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT)**for an internship at our facility, located in Cincinatti, OH.

The ideal candidate for the Administrator in Training position will have a desire to assume the key leadership roles of Executive Director. The position of Nursing Home Administrator in Training / AIT will assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.
