Job summary

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• 2 years' experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate facility programs and activities per governing board guidelines.
• Assist department directors in developing policies, procedures and professional standards of practice.
• Ensure all employees, residents, visitors and the public follow established policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily staff meetings during facility inspections to discuss survey findings and action plans.
• Assist in developing corrective plans, ensuring timetables and monitoring prevent recurrence.
