Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the facility's programs and activities in line with governing board guidelines.
• Assist department directors in developing policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
• Ensure all staff, residents, visitors, and the public follow established policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily staff meetings during inspections to discuss findings and actions.
• Develop and monitor plans of correction for cited deficiencies with timetables and monitoring methods.
