Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of Golden Sonora Care Center, a 210-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Sonora, CA.

We are looking for a proven leader who can build a strong team, ensure regulatory compliance, drive resident care quality, manage staffing and budgeting, and foster a culture of accountability and service for older adults.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, as required by regulations.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatric care, or related healthcare.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care operations, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads with clear expectations and accountability.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing to support quality resident care and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ensure survey readiness.

Golden Sonora Care Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 210-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility.
