Qualifications
Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience.
Three (3) years of experience with shared/professional governance or nursing leadership.
Experience supporting Magnet designation or redesignation.
Current Arizona RN license or compact license with eligibility for AZ licensure.
National nursing certification (e.g., NE-BC, CPN, CNML) or obtained within 1 year.
Responsibilities
Lead and strengthen shared decision-making across nursing organization.
Design and implement professional governance structure.
Monitor governance performance metrics and ensure accountability.
Develop education for council chairs, members, and executive sponsors.
Collaborate to promote governance visibility and engagement.
