Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care services, workflow, and staff activities within the program.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff to ensure quality, developmentally appropriate care.
• Serve as a liaison between patient/family and interdisciplinary team for education and support.
• Identify staff education needs and deliver training on new skills, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain records for data collection and grant reporting.
