Job summary

Boston College's Connell School of Nursing seeks an Academic Support Assistant to provide vital administrative support to tenure-track, faculty, and clinical instructors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong organization and attention to detail.
• 2+ years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, preferably in an academic setting.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, proofreading, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad administrative support for CSON faculty and adjuncts.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, take minutes, and handle correspondence.
• Prepare materials, edit letters and course documents, and support hiring/onboarding of part-time faculty.
