Bethel University seeks an experienced full-time faculty member for a tenure-track or clinical-track position in a BSN program. The role centers on medical/surgical nursing with opportunities to teach in clinical, lab, and didactic settings for undergraduate students.

Formación

• Master’s degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Current Minnesota RN licensure or eligibility.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and inclusion.
• Ability to mentor nursing students and identify growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Teach in classroom and clinical settings with focus on medical/surgical nursing.
• Teach nursing skills and simulation labs.
• Provide online teaching in skills, didactic content, and Post-Bacc BSN as needed.
• Evaluate students in classroom, clinical, and skills settings.
