Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Master’s-prepared nursing professional to join us as Full-Time Faculty at our BSN campus. This on-site teaching role offers competitive compensation starting in the $90k’s+ depending on experience.

Core Nursing Faculty will provide didactic and clinical instruction, mentor adjuncts and students, and contribute to curriculum design and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required (Master’s or higher); if not in nursing, must have a Bachelor’s in nursing with a related graduate degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a professional registered nurse.
• Previous teaching experience in a registered nursing program is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or compact licensure relevant to the teaching location.
• Certified Nurse Educator and national certs are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic and clinical instruction to nursing students.
• Mentor faculty, adjuncts, and students; lead curriculum design and program evaluation.
• Oversee nursing education program objectives, outcomes, and assessment methods.
• Maintain FERPA guidelines and professional Standards while collaborating with clinical sites.
