Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) seeks a 10-month, full-time Nursing Faculty member to join our student-centered team. The role includes classroom, clinical, and simulation/lab instruction in Fundamentals or Medical‑Surgical courses, within a hybrid format blending online and in-person learning.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with NYS licensure and acute care experience, and are committed to inclusive teaching, advising, and ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in nursing required; candidates enrolled in a Master's program will be considered.
• License to practice nursing in NYS.
• Acute care experience within the last 3-5 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and delivers course materials in a variety of formats as part of a teaching team.
• Fosters an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Participates in curriculum development and assessment activities, including accreditation.
