Job summary

Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) seeks a full-time, 9-month Nursing Faculty to join its ACEN-accredited Associate Degree Nursing Program. You will teach in-person courses with supplemental online components at Weyers Cave and other sites.

The role includes didactic, clinical, lab, and simulation instruction, with summers off for work-life balance. Requirements include a Master's in Nursing (or BSN with MSN in progress), Virginia RN licensure, and at least two years of direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), or BSN with active MSN enrollment.
• Current Virginia RN licensure or multi-state privilege to practice.
• Minimum two years of direct patient care experience as an RN.
• Ability to teach diverse student populations and use instructional tech.
• Commitment to the community college mission and online instruction readiness.

Responsibilities
