Job summary

BRidgecrest Post Acute seeks an experienced administrator to direct daily facility operations and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards for quality resident care. The role oversees overall function, census monitoring, budgeting, policy development, and staff accountability while collaborating with HR, Clinical, and Finance to meet goals and uphold a stellar reputation.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s/MBA preferred, and strong leadership in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees quality care and analyzes the entire operation of the nursing facility.
• Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility.
• Monitors census on a daily basis.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
• Develops policies and procedures and holds direct reports accountable.
• Actively involved in resolving HR issues and risk management within the facility.
• Oversees capital improvements and participates in advisory committees.
• Ensure safety regulations, infection control, and related compliance across staff and residents.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
