Job summary

The School of Nursing (Boston Campus) at MCPHS is seeking an adjunct exam proctor to monitor exams, ensure security, and support students with required materials.

Required BSN degree, strong communication, time management, and discretion. Experience with ExamSoft and HESI is helpful. This on-site role may require standing for extended periods and is eligible for a part-time appointment.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Proficient in email and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students during exams to maintain security.
• Ensure students have materials (laptop, passcodes, papers, writing tools).
• Enforce time limits and exam procedures.
• Notify staff of equipment malfunctions.
• Report violations or unusual occurrences during exams.
• Record attendance and exam completion.
