Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with basic computer-based programs preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
• Comfort with general clerical tasks and reception duties.
• Experience facilitating group activities is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering exams (written and computer-based).
• Distribute examination materials to candidates.
• Monitor test rooms and enforce time limits and procedures.
• Answer questions about examination procedures.
• Collect, check, and count examination materials.
• Report violations to supervisor.
• Check candidates' identification.
• Notify personnel of test equipment malfunctions.
• May score examinations and input data into exam databases.
• May serve as receptionist at performance tests and interviews.
• May read routine instructions to candidates.
• May transport confidential test materials.
• May perform general clerical duties.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
