Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Massachusetts with a master’s degree in nursing required.
• Earned doctoral degree or currently enrolled in doctoral studies and three years of related experience preferred.

• Experience in writing grants, scholarly papers and/or other related scholarly activities.
• Commitment to community and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Pre-Licensure Degree Nursing Programs.
• Coordinate curriculum implementation and revise courses based on outcome data.
• Participate in scheduling and course offerings within the Pre-Licensure Department.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary/interprofessional education curricula with faculty.
• Support program quality via evaluation, workshops, and progression review.
• Attend department and school meetings, and serve on committees.
• Support faculty development in teaching, research and leadership.
• Provide advising for Pre-Licensure Degree Nursing students.
