This role emphasizes mentoring and student success within a nursing program. The candidate must hold a BSN and MSN, have 3 years of full-time RN clinical experience, and possess an Indiana RN license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Three years of full-time clinical nursing experience.
• Unrestricted nursing license in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Teach in classroom and clinical settings.
• Manage classroom operations, use technology, submit grades and maintain records.
• Mentor, tutor and advise students to support success.
