Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking a full-time Associate Degree Nursing Instructor to teach at Ashland, New Richland, Rice Lake, or Superior campuses. The position is grant-funded LTE through June 30, 2027, with potential continuation based on program needs and funding.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, planning instruction, delivering diverse teaching modalities (face-to-face, online, hybrid), advising nursing students, and supporting accreditation processes across campuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with a major in nursing.
• Active RN license in Wisconsin and eligibility for Minnesota license if applicable.
• Experience teaching and advising nursing students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively embody and promote Northwood Tech’s values.
• Develop and revise curriculum to meet standards.
• Plan for instruction including syllabi and learning plans.
• Deliver and assess instruction across varied formats (face-to-face, online, hybrid).
• Advise nursing students and participate in accreditation processes.
