Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking a full-time Associate Degree Nursing Instructor at one of four Wisconsin campus locations: Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake or Superior. This grant-funded LTE position extends through June 30, 2027, with continuation evaluated by program needs and performance.

Instructors teach in face-to-face, online, web-conferencing and hybrid environments, support student success, and may travel between campuses and the Shell Lake HEC.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with a major in nursing and progress toward advanced degree.
• Minimum of two years (4,000 hours) occupational nursing experience.
• Active Wisconsin RN license or privilege; Minnesota license may be required (Superior campus).

Responsibilities

• Actively embody and promote Northwood Tech's values.
• Develop and revise curriculum to meet standards.
• Plan for instruction including syllabi and assessments.
• Deliver and assess instruction across multiple formats (face-to-face, online, hybrid).
• Advise nursing students and participate in ADN accreditation.
