Responsibilities

• Maintains hospital and specialty practice standards.
• Educator role in staff development and education activities.
• Plans and evaluates educational activities using AV resources.
• Mentor and develop staff and advance career development.
• Facilitates an empowered environment with mentoring and team building.
• Acts as a nurse planner for continuing education per ANCC.
